About the event

Come out and support Baby Aztro and Maserati Marcus as they celebrate the release of their new album “TILL MY NUMBER'S CALLED”

Saturday, September 8th at The Movement Gallery from 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm.

Most may be familiar with Aztro’s work with producer Mikey Strange as Phree-Bass Sampulz, but rest assured, the new material with Maserati doesn’t disappoint.

The album had been in the works for at least a year, but it wasnt until the 2 first collaborated on the unapologetic cut “Robbery in Progress”, featured on Maserati’s flawless compilation album “Converse”.

“When me and Mazi I started planning the album we had no idea of the direction we wanted to go, we just knew (Robbery in Progress”) was a gem. We wanted the rest of the songs to have the same energy, and still create a unique tone for the project.”

Aztro described the album as a “transitional" project among his dense catalogue.

“I was living in an apartment for the past 5 years and I started feeling stagnant. Work felt consuming, weekends we’re a blur... the perfect definition of living to die.... I just wasn’t motivated in the position I was in at all.”

“Eventually I moved out the apartment and started to change my mindset. Looking at the bigger picture of MY life and how to find a comfortable medium. I started brainstorming and eventually applying this logic during the recording process. I made this album in hopes anyone would be able to relate to it, no matter class or color. Its an audio manifesto.” He said as he flashed a sly grin.
